NCLEX Takers Support Thread

Do NOT let the anxiety take over! I tested July 15th and I stopped studying that weekend because I just couldn't take it anymore, I was tired of doing questions and I was just kind of read to test. To my surprise, I was strangely calm. Mat25:40 and I chatted about it and she said a prayer for me. Its crazy because I was driving myself crazy because I WASN'T nervous or anxious!!! Anyway, just pray, and you have all of us here praying for you as well!!! Be positive, think positive, hang around positive people, and just believe in yourself! You will do fine.

I start my new job on Monday (July 28th) so we will both be conquering major challenges and we can and will do it!!!

Please keep us posted with the outcome. I wish you nothing but the best!!!

Hi All,

I just happened to notice this forum and was very happy in seeing prayers being offered for each other. Well I am here to request prayers for my wife. She is from India and is preparing for her 3rd appearance for NCLEX exams. She has been studying hard. Everytime I go to the church I burst into tears pleading to My Lord to help her with the strength to succeed. Its been hard for us and I am trying to be with her all the time.

She is going to take her test In the 2nd week of August. Prayers from all of you needed for my wife. I felt happy seeing this forum because there are going to be lot of people praying for her.

Remembering all of you in prayers....

Will definitely keep you all in my prayers.

hey guys it has been a while... was suppose to take my nclex on the 22nd but due to nclex burnout was admitted to the hospital i was forced to reschedule my exam i have done kaplan q bank and question trainers and suzanne's plan

i believe i am ready for august 2nd but i dont know if i have done enough questions 3000 so far. i just want to relax and just read over content for the next couple of days .

just feeling down i have the faith that hasn't wavered in the least! and my prayers include all of my new friends on this thread. walking hand in hand with the lord will get us all through anything. he believes in us when we don't believe in ourselves

i was hoping that you didn't change your date! i'm so sorry to hear that you were admitted...august 2nd is quite close, for me, i would say try to relax as much as possible and do a little in between. personally, i would do questions instead of content, i say this only because you know what you know. you can review, but as far as learning something new, i think it would just be even more stressful.

i will keep you in my prayers and please let us know the outcome!

how you doing so far? just reading some postings and found out or actually read that you were in the hospital? that really sucks! i hope you are feeling better and everything is ok!!!

you have been very positive and i know that god will guide you thru this exam.

i have no doubt in my mind about this!

your heart is so big and full of life and that is all you need to pass this. i know and i can tell that you have a lot of faith. your words and expressions says it all!!! i have this vibe you are going to do fine on the boards.

just keep practicing those questions and read those rationales. kaplan strategies will help you a lot thru out the nclex.

hello to everybody..im new here and found this forum.im glad there are people like you who believe in the power of prayers.Power is really powerful especially if others will pray for you.I will be taking my nclex on october and i hope you guys will pray for me...for those people who took and passed the exam pls pray for me and those who will be taking their exams too..May God bless all of you!!:-)

yeah, but its okay. i know you are going to pass!!! you have given those of us who have tested before you so much comfort, so don't thank me, please, just allow me to return the favor. if you need anything, just let me know, and if i can help i will. for me, i had a good bit of unknown meds so maybe a review of those might help you. i'll look through my kaplan book to see if there were any of the meds (if i can remember) so that way, you wont have to review a million meds. of course, i can't tell you the exact med, but maybe some page numbers. as far as priority, in my case, kaplan questions really helped me with those. a friend of mine took boards after i did and she said that she had a lot of priority questions. ummm...thats all i can think of. again, good luck and i'll be praying for you, but i already know that your license is waiting for you. the rest is just a technicality!!

I am scheduled to take my exam on September, I just follow Suzanne4 tips and I just review on my own. I am on duty for 12 hours/day and I don't have that much time to review, I just pray, and if it is really God's will, I can pass the exam even though I don't review in a center which is not available in my location now.
