Hello guys im new to this website!!
I am seriously freaking out I cant sleep or even eat anymore!! In two weeks I will be taking nclex and I dont feel confident at all.
my scores are as follows
Kaplan qbank 50-60s for 50questions
Nclex 4000 75 question nclex practice tests average 70s
I did all the q trainers the first time scored in the high 50s and 60s im doing them a second time now after 2 months and im scoring in the high 70s but some of the answers i remembered from when I reviewed the tests initially...
SATA questions are my weakness
Please can anyone tell me if these scores are good enough to take nclex
I do about 150-200 questions per day is this good enough?
The strategy of not asking why means questions that start out with why such as: ""Why don't you want to take your med?" That puts the patient on the defensive. To say to a patient, "Can you tell me why you do not want to take this med?" Or the way it was stated in the original question invites a discussion.
my exam is tuesday... so today im just doing questions. im planning to take it easy tmrw i will do sample test 3 from kaplan tmrw morning and that will be the end of my studying for nclex. after that i will just relax all day.
Good for you! That's exactly what I did. Woke up, took one last practice test, then played and relaxed the rest of the day. Good luck tomorrow!!!
I am taking mine Tuesday all prayer is needed that there will be a miracle.
Kemifair, I know this is not your first attempt and I can see a lot of anxiety in your posts. You already know what the test looks like and you studied the content that you were weak in. Now you need to get a handle on your anxiety. Remind yourself that you know the content. Be confident in your ability to answer the questions correctly. When you find yourself tensed up and anxiety creeping in, take a moment to take a deep breath, unclench everything, and refocus on the question in front of you. You can do this! Have faith in yourself.
Good luck tomorrow!!!

I would of picked C. Because I would want to find out if there was a reason, he didn't want to take the medication... There's a teaching opportunity
