Hello everyone, I graduated nursing school in Texas in Dec 6th, 2014,however, I haven't received my ATT yet. I called the Dean and they said they still working on the Affidavit of graduation and everything will be submitted no later than this Fri. This is ridiculous and I don't understand why it takes them too long. The more I wait, the more I lose my confidence. Does anyone know the time frame from Affidavit of graduation to receiving att and actual test date?
I also got offered an ICU internship position (I tried so hard to nail the interview) and my start date will be Feb 6. I am anxiously waiting for the att and would go anywhere to take the NCLEX in order to start this position. Has anyone been in this situation? And how did it turn out to you? I just dont want to lose a job offer because of the school ( not because I fail NCLEX)

I graduated in December 2012 with my LVN and I didn't receive my ATT until after the New Year. I was finally able to test near the end of the month so I was definitely anxious to get it done with. I just graduated December 12th with my RN and I had my ATT by the following week, I was completely shocked (same school, I just bridged over). I took my NCLEX-RN today. I believe the ATT is valid for a few months. Some schools tend to wait until after the Holidays to submit the affidavit for graduation. Once that is in the ATT is usually pretty close to follow or at least it was for me.
