NCLEX on a Saturday. When do I do the PVT?

Hello to all.

I took the NCLEX today at 8am. The computer shut off at 75 questions. I felt good about my test but now I am having second thoughts if I really did okay.

Do I have to wait until next week to do the Pearson Vue Trick or I can do it now.

You can do the PVT any time you want to risk $200. It has been wrong, it has been right. It's no more reliable than betting on a poker game. Wait for official results, either through Quick Results if your state participates or by seeing your license on whatever system your state uses for license verification.

And a note about your username: Until you officially have that license number, you are not an RN and are violating terms of service by including that credential (and potentially laws, if it's a legally protected title in your state).

If you try it, use a reload card or cheap gift card so you won't risk $200. I feel you can try it anytime and not wait 24h.

Okay, i just tried it now and it declined my card. Not really sure what that means.

Sad to say but that could possibly mean you failed. Wait for official results since PVT is not 100% accurate.

IDK which state you are in, but in many if not most, you should be able to see your license number on your state's license verification site within 24 hours (or by Monday morning, since it's the weekend.) Usually faster than quick results, which take 48 business hours, (or so I'm told.) No one I know had to wait long enough for quick results to become available. PVT is not worth the cheap plastic prepaid card you try it with. Don't bother.

I am in California. Not sure how fast the process here goes but I hears results can be backed up for weeks. Thanks for the advise on PVT.

Check your name online its called Breeze license verification.. Sometimes they post it there 24 hrs after your exam.. Good luck!

I took the exam yesterday. Do they post results on a sunday or should I wait until monday?
