Our oncology professor just shared it is a minimum of two, but all answers can be correct (that there does not have to be one wrong).
Exactly All can be correct but a minimum of two are correct. It's not common that all are correct but it's possible
If you think only one is correct then you did something wrong.
Also know that if you do not select ALL that are correct then the question is wrong
While using Uworld I had a SATA question on vaccination and all options were correct.
I got the same question as well, was surprised that they were all correct. I have been told never to select all unless your 100% sure. I was on that vaccination question but there are only a few I would be inclined to feel 100% on.

Good day:
RE: https://www.ncsbn.org/2334.htm
Does the below mean that if you have a SATA question with six choices to select from that it is possible all six might be correct? I'm asking because I was under the impression there would be a minimum of two (2) correct answers, and a maximum of N-1 where N is the number of choices. So if you had six choices, there would be anywhere from two (2) to five (5) correct answers as opposed to the possibility of all six.
Could all of the answer choices be correct?
Thank you.
"Do multiple response items have less than three correct responses?
Multiple response items are described as having five or six options with a minimum of two correct (key) options. Items contain the statement Select all that apply." At this time, NCSBN requires the candidate to utilize their comprehensive knowledge to determine the appropriate amount of applicable maximum correct answers to each item. In short, we disclose how many, at a minimum can be correct; however, we do not disclose how many at a maximum may/may not be correct."
