NCLEX RN today - stopped at 75q

I completed my NCLEX RN exam around an hour ago and it stopped at 75 questions.

PVT states "Ready for Delivery" and this is what it says when I tried to register for another exam ----"The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time."

Please let this be the good pop up.....

You cannot do the PVT until it says Delivery successful. Once it says that go try again and see what it says. Good luck :)

I'm using La Charity, Saunders, Kaplan and Hurst.

Did not make it...according to PVT trick. I'm rescheduling to retake in August after I get the official results.
