Hi everyone! I just purchased Kaplan On Demand last Sunday and viewed its content. But before that, I'm currently reading my Saunders Comprehensive review and had a total of 3-4 chapters per day so I'm now in chapter 30 out of 75. What will I do now? I still wanna read the content but I also wanna answer questions right now since Im planning to take the exam in June. Will I go for my weak areas FIRST in Saunders and then answer questions. BEcause I study the chapters in order so I havent tackle my weakness areas which are Cardio, Endo, etc.. ANd kaplan has its own content review so maybe im gonna view them all and look into my Saunders for more info? What you think? Coz if im gonna finish my saunders,it will take me tooo long to finish that, mybe at the end of April. but then again I wanna practice myself answering questions and reading its every rationale.
What do you think guys? :)

I'm doing Saunders too, and it's going slow and I'm taking the NCLEX in June also. I decided to start doing the smaller Kaplan: Strategies, Practice and Review (plus brush up on meds) and see how I answer questions with that. It's going much quicker and I'm identifying some areas I really need closer attention to. I'm thinking to finish this smaller book (Kaplan) first and go back to Saunders. I'm curious what the suggestion was for you? Thanks!
I agree saunders is very slow. Ive gone thru kaplan strategies twice, good stuff. I thk answering questions is a huge help also. Saunders is great for content review but not so much for nclex style questions, im testing in april
Hi. yeah. I agree! It will take me so much time to read and read contents than to answer questions. I guess answering questions will really help us for us to familiar the strategies and how the exam looks like. U know what I mean. I'm done reading the Kaplan blue book latest edition. and right now, i just started browsing my kaplan on demand. which I discovered the questions are not really focus on the terms in any nclex books but how are you gona attack the questions. Answering questions is good though u got it wrong, it is still GOOD. we dont need to get high scores just to know if we're ready, as long as we understand the rationales, then we're fine. isnt it? Maybe im gonna review my weaknesses and then answer questions and then maybe go to stronger areas. but maybe im not gonna have the whole month to just read the saunders in just one sit, i mean, i look like crazy because i really need to read 3-4 chapters a day. that's it. and answer the q's after every chapter. And i've read that questions in saunders are easier than kaplan and nclex of course.

I am not sure how to inbox you. What is your great source?
kaplan's questions are really complex ones. very tricky and very confusing. :)) challenging!
