Nclex rn soon...using ncsbn

I think we think to deep into the question or add more to it. For instance, I showed my husband a question on ECG and right away he choose the right answer. I said why you choose this one, he said it was close to the flat line. When I saw that question on the exam I was so confused because I forgot to review the ECG strips. Everyone know what a normal and abnormal strips looks like.

There are questions that are just plain common sense. I've shown my mom practice questions. She has minimal medical knowledge but she would give me the correct answers and the correct rationales as to why she came up with the answers.

I say all that to say, and as you might already know, when answering these questions, sometimes you have to take your best educated guess. You won't know everything on the exam. You may never feel fully ready to take the exam so don't be concern about possibly not knowing all that you should. Just go ahead and give it your best shot. :up:

I agree! I had my fiancé answer a few...he got them right! OMG! I was like...how did you know that? He said..just common sense! Wow...I'm thinking way too much into them! I have til tomorrow at 11:59pm to use ncsbn...then..I don't know what I'll use til my test next wk!:/
