NCLEX RN on July 8th wish me luck!

Hello guys,

Just a quick note to let you know that I just graduated from a nursing program and I chose to take the NCLEX as soon as possible. July 8th was the first available date and I thought it would give me enough time to prepare and get things moving.

I attended the HURST review last week which I thought was helpful in some areas, but in others (neuro) I thought they moved way too fast. I also bought the Saunders and Kaplan books and just to for the questions the NCSBN 3 week review.

I'm a little worried about the exam because I'm an LVN that came in to the third semester so last time I reviewed peds or OB was in 2001 in LVN school and to add wood to the fire, I have been working in the clinics for 5 years which hurt my med/surg skills.

I know a few people who took the new NCLEX that started on April 1st and two out of three failed it which adds to my anxiety. Sorry for making the post long but I needed to vent and hear some encouragement
