Oh you didn't see my post? I got a 74.7% on my predictor. I took it yesterday! I got a 97% chance of passing NCLEX the first time.

My overall score from UWORLD IS 61% in the 83rd percentile with 200 questions left.

So far it seems the predictor has been reliable. A friend of mines hadthe same score passed 75Q on her first try. If I fail with that percentage I'll be blown lol. Of course I'm still reviewing till then.

Guys just a quick question do we elevate the affected leg after above the knee amputation? How about for below the knee amputation? Thanks

This is what I found on a thread. I think the general consensus is after the first 24 hours you no longer elevate the stump.

17. Above Knee Amputation --> elevate for first 24 hours on pillow, position prone daily to provide for hip extension.

18. Below Knee Amputation --> foot of bed elevated for first 24 hours, position prone daily to provide for hip extension.

I've also learned on UWORLD that you can also raise the foot of the bed for someone in bucks traction so that it's sort of a counterpressure as well.

Got to rest today for big day tomorrow. I think i'm about to have flu because yesterday I just had dysphagia which I know that I'll have a cold after that but it went away last night. Then had a headache around my eyes and muscle aches. I'll pray for us guys. I'll keep you updated after my exam. I won't do the PVT right away.

you'll be fine, praying for u. Yes please do update us. Soon it will be over... hang in there. The results are already in God's hands you just need to sit down there and finish it...

AWW get some rest..if you want to review limit to at least 3 hours. But please be well rested so you can pass that test tommorow :)
