NCLEX results

It took me two weeks to find out the results of my NCLEX-PN exam. I too checked the on-line verification. I am still not on the on line verification site. When I found out I passed, I had to send 100.00 dollars and this paper back to get my license. That was just last week. So in short, you may have to wait it out for a few weeks. The computer wont help you much. I know how you feel.

I am also waiting for my results, it has been one week already. Does everyone have to return a paper to them, along with 100 dollars for the license? Can anyone tell me if this holds up the brn from posting your name on the verification site?

I recently took my exam as well, but I do not see my name on the brn lisecence verification site. Did you ever see your name on the site? and if so, how long before it was posted up there? It has been one week for me already.

Please keep us posted on how you do. Keeping my toes and fingers crossed for you, too! I know the wait can be a killer, remember when we had to wait about two months for our results......long, long time ago.

Hi everyone,

Congratulations to all new nurses.I understand what you feel.I was in the same situation few months ago.Actually,I'm trying to reassure my friend ,she took her N'CLEX-RN the 31st March,She didn't receive answer yet,the computer stopped at 75 questions and she seemed to be ok for last questions.What do you think?How many weeks do you think she has to wait for the result?Thanks a lot and good luck!

well, i did'nt passed the nclex exam again ? i was a liitle disappointed and i cried coz i studied and pray hard for it. maybe its not my time yet and only god knows when will be the time. well, i'll take again on june maybe and hopefully i passed the nclex . i studied saunder's cd rom . can you give me advise do i have to study the saunder's again and i have the kaplan cd rom and i studied that too . and i dont know why i did'nt make it coz i have two best reviewer you know. :angryfire well, to those who did not passed the nclex exam dont give up guys... me sometimes i felt like giving up but i said to myself i have to passed the nclex coz i want to be a nurse and help others..... thanks for those who reply to me and for all the advises. wish me luck again guys!!!!

I recommend that you take a complete review course. If you trained in a foreign country, the training that you received was different than what you get in the US. The exam is not testing you on what you know of physiology and its specifics, but it is testing you on how you would care for this particular type of patient as well as administering drugs. Our protocols are different in the US. Drugs are different. Patients are different in that they expect a lot more from their nurse.

Right now, I would take a break. Have you completed all of your English exams? Not just TOEFL, but TWE, and TSE, as well. I would try and get those completed.

Dont be disappointed you will make it. I just took the nclex pn exam today and I went all the way to the 205th question. I am a little worried. i even took barrons cat cd rom and passed that four times in 75 135 and 150 questions. I even tried to fail and couldnt. I dont know. i am waiting. I am currently enrolled to start an RN program. have to get pass the PN first.

i have talked to people who went to the end and still passed.

time will tell.
