NCLEX results...

Hi. I just took the NCLEX exam yesterday(dec 21) or the other day since its already 1 am here. I got a LOT of select all that apply questions... I got like 8 or so... mostly were priority questions though... and a LOT of meds too. The computer must be psychic because i dont think it asked me any psych questions and that was my strong point in all of my practice exams. I finished at around 9:45 am... so I was pretty scared that the test took only a short time for what I prepared a couple of months for.

I checked the New Mexico website this morning and did not find my name but in the evening, I found my name with some numbers and an issuing and expiry date next to it. Does that already mean that I passed the exam? I also checked with the pearsonvue website and it still says that my results are not yet available at this time. I thought pearsonvue would be the first to know... and is it possible that my results are already available after only 1 day?

I hope it means that I passed as this would really be my perfect Christmas gift. Hehehe... I already have a small gift as "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas" and it is full of snow outside. Hehehe... My first white Christmas. XD

I am not familiar with New Mexico, but it sounds like those numbers are your license number. Congratulations, your test sounds a lot like mine; I also had 8+ select all that apply, priority, meds. I had a couple of psych and a couple of OB too. It seemed to me that my test covered all content areas. I passed my test too.

I sure hope so... Is there anyone that's familiar with New Mexico? I don't think I had OB too... I think all my questions were med-surg... Well, that blows... Hehehe...

If there is a license number and expiration dates next to your name, that most certainly means you passed! Congratulations! I'm not from New Mexico but that was fast for results! Again, congratulations new RN!

if your name is posted, it means that you have a license.

pearson-vue does not post results until 48 hours after you took the exam....so even if your state gives you results first, pv will not have anything for two days.
