If the system says that your results are "on hold" then they're evaluating the exam for any potential irregularities that may have been flagged by the proctor or by the system. Once they're sure that the exam is good, then they'll release the results. A "hold" does not imply a pass or a fail. It just is. If you're in a state that participates in Quick Results, you should see the "results available" status pop up within 48 hours after the hold is cleared.
I'm sorry it took so long!!I called Pearson 3 times and my results were on hold for 4 days, but I passed!!!
FOUR actual days? To date, I have only heard of 72 hours....was yours really that long (in hours) or did it just seem like it? :) Did you count the day you took it as Day One?
And congrats

:anpom: Congratulations! The wait can sometimes be maddening, but at long last, you know!!! Also, your 4 day wait for your hold to clear is on the long side. Most that I've seen here take around 24-48 hours to clear, and the longest I've also heard of (until now) is 72 hours.
Now on to the fun part... starting actual work... :)

Hi!!
So, I'd like some insight here. I'm an antsy person.
I took my NCLEX for the first time last Friday 1/23. I had seen a ton of posts saying how people had gotten their quick results on Saturdays and Sundays....but alas...they came and went with no results available.
I called Pearson this Monday morning 1/26. They said to wait until Tuesday and call back Wednesday if nothing showed up.
My Exam's status says "Results not available." Am I going to be having trouble with something? Have other people experienced this?
Thank you!
