nclex results on hold x1week, whyyy

I took my NCLEX on friday, september 29th. It's october 8th, and my results are still on hold! I tried calling NSCBN and they won't disclose why my results are on hold or how long it will be. Tomorrow is a holiday and I can't take another day of this! Anyone had their results be on HOLD for longer than a week and passed? My test shut off at 75 questions, I didn't use my whiteboard, didn't take a break, and took about an hour and a half to finish. I did have to scan my palm vein several times to exit (because i just used their provided hand sanitizer) AND I did have a computer glitch in the post-test survey. BUT 11 DAYS OF HOLD! Anyone been through this before????

If you use the search tool in the top right hand corner you will find past posters who were on hold. Maybe the post test computer glitch and repeat palm vein scan flagged your exam to under go a quality assurance check. They may need to make sure that all of the check-in and check-out procedures were followed correctly. Try to distract yourself there is nothing you can do to speed up the results. Good luck!

Thanks for responding! ive read so many peoples posts whose results were on hold but it seems like no ones were as long as mine. ive tried to be patient but it's been so long. anyone know how long they can actually take to review my test?

You got the result yet? Mine was on hold for 24 hors after i took the test after that it change to good pop up. On hold means either you passed or failed. But yours is way too long. I wonder why they kept to long to hold your test result. Hmm

No i havent got results yet. Isnt that a LONG time!? What could possibly take that long to review it? It makes me feel like there is something wrong with my test. idk

Did you call the board of nursing or the pearson view. Yeah thats long of waiting. Where did you took ur test again? California? Usually if you failed, it will direct u to credit card right away. Maybe u passed, im guessing.

yeah im in california. i called NSCBN and they gave me generic information. I CANNOT get ahold of california BRN its notoriously difficult. i just cant believe they would hold the test results for THIS long. thanks to this thread ive found a few people in similar situations who ended up passing. ill def update when i know for future people with the same struggle.

Thats crazy right. They dont dont even u give update. Oh well just keep praying. But im positive u passed ur test í ½í¸Š. Coz if not the trick will not work like its not gonna be good pup up. Good luck tayo and im praying that soon ull get the result coz i know its frustating waiting for the result.
