NCLEX results going through BVNPT enforcement in CA

Living in a state where there is no quick result such as CA makes the whole nclex process nerve recking. Took nclex on 6/7 and today is 6/23 but still no results from the boards. I called and was told my result specifically is going thru enforcement. Yes I know the wait times etc but a lot of people took their tests and got it 7-8 days later so the wait times might not apply. My question is how long is the current typical wait to hear back from the enforcement department on the nclex result and also does my result going thru enforcement mean I passed? I know if I failed I would have gotten a Candidate performance report from Pearson vue. I also did the pvt and got the good pop up.

Just an update if you are in the same situation I was;

I took my nclex-pn june 7th and got my pass letter Jul 9. I had to send in some required documents to bvpt to continue my application process. It took a week for my breeze account to update letting me pay for my license. I paid and today Jul 18, my license is already up! good Luck!
