NCLEX results in CA - How long to wait?!

Hello Everyone! Did anyone else in CA take their NCLEX on Saturday, August 11th (6 days ago)? I have so many friends who had taken their exams earlier than I, and had their results posted anywhere from 2 days to 7 days later... I'm afraid if my name doesn't pop-up on the BRN website by tomorrow, I'm gonna have a meltdown! LOL. Would all my fellow Californians please post the date they took the exam and if they received results, how long it took?! Also, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I was thinking we should try to talk to management or call the company that is trying to fix the problem. They might know more than the BRN. I wonder if they would release that contact info to us.

Something has to be done..this long wait is beyond ridiculous..

I agree. We deserve communication, at very least! This is so frustrating!

Hello, everyone! Please add me to your list of CA applicants waiting for some kind of word from the BRN. I took NCLEX on 8/13, received the "good" pop-up from Pearson, and have yet to hear anything. The BRN has all of my paperwork but no results from Pearson (or so they claim).

This is unfair on so many levels that we are having to wait like this. We all paid hefty fees to both the BRN and Pearson, but for what?! Neither Pearson nor the BRN will give us a reasonable explanation, and YES, we deserve one at this point! Our fees pay their salaries and we deserve some sort of customer service/reparation/honest explanation. Especially since we are now having to get in line behind those who took the test weeks after us when it comes to starting RN-BSN/MSN programs and applying for jobs. I have one classmate who took NCLEX last Thursday and had her license posted on Friday. It took ONE day! Yes, ONE DAY!

I have been obsessively checking the BRN website everyday. Each day, I find the last license# approved and compare it to the first one the next day to get an idea about how many licenses the BRN is approving each day. By the way (since some of you were discussing this earlier in this thread), I have figured out that the BRN does NOT post any new licenses on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday mornings. They post new licenses issued Fridays late Friday night (although the changed "update date" appears later so it probably can appear that they are posting it Saturday morning). So, in other words, the BRN site does show daily updates, but there are no new licenses posted except on Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri mornings and late Friday night.

I'm still waiting, too :( This has gone on far too long. I bet my friend who took her exam yesterday will have her results before we do! Also, I called the BRN to ask if I could take it again (I have a job waiting for me) and they said no.
