Each state has their own requirements and if license has been issued as long as you meet renewal requirements you should be ok. Some states may ask for work experience and if you haven't had any for a certain period may ask you to complete some form of refresher course
i mean if im in philippines and i dont have the license will my nclex result will be lost after 7 or 8 years?.. i taked the exam last 2008.. CALI state board.. thanks mam..

While I do not know about the NCLEX result itself, I have been told that your application with the CA BRN is only good for three years. After three years if all is not completed, they destroy your file and you have to start over again. Best to check with the Board itself to find out their latest policies.
Although application expires with CA lots of members have posted that their NCLEX remains safe
