Published

Taking my NCLEX PN tomorrow at 12 noon and I am so nervous already! I've read the entire Saunders book for content! And watched all of the Kaplan content videos and answered some questions in PDA as well as Kaplan Q bank. How is everyone else studying? I will pray for everyone and wish everyone the best of luck with this monster!

same too you! and thank you :) I do feel a bit more relaxed, 2 1/2 years just for one test!

Hi! Can you share us what topic/s are common on your exam. And did you get a lot of SATA?

Hi sdee11: I did get a lot of SATA. I also got a lot of priority(a lot of them...like who would you see first etc.), infection control(know your transmission based precautions), and maybe 3 math calculations and a whole bunch of medications I never ever heard of...lol.

P.S...make sure you know those lab values!

Passed my boards guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is surreal!!!!!!!! I just saw my license number on the bon website!

Just saw your post! thank you so much! It didn't start feeling real until my new employer confirmed my start date :D

Hi, congratulations on passing, Nurse! I'll be taking my NCLEX around September. Gotta finish school first! LOL (August 16th). Did you find Saunders to be helpful? I'm pretty confident with test taking strategies as my school has drilled this into us with frequent HESI exams. But I want to be bullet-proof when it comes to the content. I don't want to overload myself or go broke trying to use every study available. I have Saunders (5th Edition) and I'm planning on purchasing the NCSBN 3 week course.
