So I just took my NCLEX PN and I feel more sick to my stomach than I did prior to the test. I know the # of questions isn't an indicator of pass/fall, but it shut off at 85 or 86. I think I went into shock and wasn't exactly sure what # I was on. I would be feeling much better if I had at least gotten 100 questions or something other than the minimum. I know this sounds silly, but I honestly feel like I failed . I felt the whole test covered nothing I had really been studying. I had at least 10 select all that apply and I I didnt even get any dosage calculation questions.....isnt that weird? It was all delegating and priotizing questions. A few on meds, Alz disease, and cystic fibrosis, RSV, and a few on isolation precautions.
