Hello,
I've been searching on how to get quick results after taking NCLEX-PN in California. Unfortunately, this state does not participate in quick result system. However, i found that you can find out whether you passed or fail by re-registering the nclex test on NCSBN website? Is this true?
Here's the message:
"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this time. Another registration cannot be made at this time"
Thank you folks!
Hi guys. I graduated the LVN program in August 2012 and I never got around to taking the nclex-pn. I started the BSN program at West Coast University in January 2013 but eventually stopped because it was so expensive. I thought taking the nclex-pn was not necessary because I was so determined to finish the BSN program. Long story short, 5 years later, I decided to take the nclex-pn. I first made a scheduled date for testing on May 6, 2017 but I freaked out because I felt that i wasn't ready. I need to recap everything since it's been so long! I rescheduled and changed the date for July 29, 2017 which is today. A few days ago I was freaking out again because I felt like I wasn't ready to take the test once again! I tried changing the date last Wednesday to a later date (my last day was August 16th to test) but it wouldn't let me because it said there were no available dates left in July and August for me to take the test! I was freaking out!!! So I took my test today for the first time at 8am. I didn't take a break. I answered 156 questions in approximately 4 hrs. I took my time and did not take a break. I read in these forums about the pvt and decided to check. I've tried it 3 times now and it's giving me the good pop up (which means it won't let me register and pay for testing again). Does that mean I passed?? I'm in California and I'm praying hard to God that I passed!!

I would've taken the nclex-pn before entering in to the BSN. You could've easily cut the cost and did a step up program. I would look into that. Fast forward to today, I did not try the pvt- trick, didn't want to gamble away money. I would log into your CA breeze account and look at your options on applications. If the applications drop down menu gives you a option to for initial CONGRATS!!!!!! Good luck!!!!
I definitely should have taken the nclex-pn but when I graduated in August 2012, we had to wait for our att and it didn't come in until December 2012. By the time I started the BSN in January 2013, I couldn't study for the nclex-pn and study for my 5 hour long classes 3 times a week at that point. The BSN program was brutal. I should have waited and focused on the nclex but instead I put it aside and focused on the program but eventually I stopped after 2 semesters because it was so expensive. Even their bridge program was still pricey. I have to find another route. Thank you for replying!! :)

Hello, I just took my NCLEX PN last Saturday (29July). I don't get what the good pop up means. My exam had a lot of SATA and it ended at 85 after I took it for an hour. I am so anxious for the results and not having Quick Results is killing me! I also took the NCLEX RN for Washington last April and passed but I feel like I've been so lax with NCLEX PN because I passed the RN. I tried doing the PVT trick but it brings me to the Credit card page and that scares me. I never went thru because I'm scared they might get another $200. I am going on a vacation but I am also super anxious, I don't know how to enjoy it without knowing my results. I took it on a Saturday but I only got the "Now that you've completed the NCLEX Examination, we understand you may still have questions. For a list of answers to commonly asked questions and your next steps as a candidate, please visit: " email this Monday morning. Does that mean they only acknowledged my NCLEX exam this Monday and I should try the PVT trick again soon? I feel like I'm in denial because I don't have the "good pop up". Thank you.

I did, my liscense number was automatically linked to my account. I've now started to apply for positions. I read that the turn around time in California isn't that great. In my situation it was more than great. I haven't received my letter or my license. I paid for my license two days after I tested with breeze. I've been checking the mail everyday.
