Hey guys!
So I took the NCLEX-PN for the second time on 12/23/15. The last time I took it was in 2012 and I failed it at 85 questions.
This year I took a Life Savers Review course that cost $375 for a (Friday-Sunday) 7 hour class, and I did a lot of Saunders questions.
Well, I finished in about 3 hours with the maximum amount of questions (205). I had a lot of delegation, follow-up, priority questions. I counted exactly how many SATA apply I got... I got 25!!! I was trying not to freak out. I remember having 15 SATA before I even hit 85 questions. Seemed like the test was never going to end. I only got on math calculation question and it was one of the last ones.
Anywho, I came home and I did the PVT (Pearson-Vue Trick) and I got the "good" pop-up, (Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time.)
Last time I got the "bad" pop-up and failed.
I know it's not 100% sure accurate all of the time but it did make me feel a little better.
Hopefully I get to start 2016 as a nurse! I graduated school in 2010 and like I said, this was my second attempt. I was scared to take it before because of the fear of failing it.
Im at a totally different mindset now and I am determined to take it until I pass it. Definitely feel more mature and driven.
Can't wait for my results!
Wish me luck!!!
