NCLEX-PN - Pop up

I just took the NCLEX-PN last Friday. I am trying to do the new popup. I purchased a $25 gift card, but it says card declined. What do I do? did I fail or pass. HELP!

Hard to say because sometimes the system does a test charge and if a predetermined card value (such as a $25 card preset value) it may decline it may be declining because you failed and its trying to create a duplicate registration (which is exactly what you are trying to do...create a duplicate registration and hope it does not go through)
