Hi All,
I am taking my 4th try on the NCLEX-PN in Manila. How long would be the result in CA if you take the exam outside the US? Can anyone help me on this...Thanks...I don't have a choice. I have to take it there. Then go back to the US after i pass...

A lot will depend on where the results are being sent to, by this I mean your letter is it going to a US or Philippine address? As you know with the CA LVN results you get paperwork first and then pay for license so results should be issued about the same time but if posted to the Philippines then there will be a delay on getting results.
It will be sent to my address in the US. My address which is on file with the BVNPT will be my US address..
I have my eligibility before i left the US for vacation. I havent schedule the exam yet since i need to study and review again. I plan to be back after the exam and I pass it this time..Thanks..:-)
Then I image you will get your results in approx 4-6 weeks depending on what the current processing date is (think they are 4-6 weeks behind) and if someone is able to open your results at your US address you can then get sorted with paying license fee etc

It depends on what state you are applying.Since you are a non-US graduate, you need to undergo CGFNS CES or CVS if you are applying for NY state.California doesn't need CGFNS evaluation but most of the IEN's are experiencing difficulties in getting eligibility because of the concurrency issues.Might as well go to the World nursing to get more infos regarding this matter.
BTW,what state are you applying for?Good luck and God Bless you:)
I forgot, some states requires IELTS or TOEFL too.
