First, RELAX!!! Being stressed to death won't do you a bit of good, so take a nice, hot bath, read a good (not nursing related) book, and give your poor battered brain a break! Then, take a deep breath and study. Don't forget to rest and kick your heels up a little now and then. You already know the answers to the NCLEX test, you just have yet to apply them.:D

I took the NCLEX PN yesterday and took me all the way to 205. I feel like I screwed in the tests and I am starting to review again for a retake though I have not received the results yet. I started the day worrying about my test results and trying to find relief to my anxiety...i found the this forum helpful. I have read all the threads and forums which are really uplifts my morale and spirit.. i have understand that the number of items is not an indicator of pass or fail...my perception have change though worried that while i was reading the threads, i can see myself in them worried about the test and finding out at the end of the day that they've passed... i hope that i get the same ending...

Wish myself and everyone well!

Moved the thread to the NCLEX Forum where it is more appropriate, since it is asking about prep for that exam.
