NCLEX PN dec 1..not confident

Yep!! finally taking the bad boy dec 1. ive been studying mostly saunders, exam cram, kaplan strategies, nclex pn 3000. im not confident in my content knowledge. Also, i score really low on select all the apply practice questions. Ughh! does anyone have any last minute topics or tips i need to stuff in thats already taken this test??? im soooo nervous and scared i cant sleep at night. i did do kaplans qbank and scored from 54-74 percent on the tests. i scored a 74 on the readiness test, 70's on exam cram, but poor on saunders. Any help would be amazing!!!

I took it on the 10th of Nov. passed after 85 questions. Practice answering questions, know your rationales, with SATA eliminate what you know is wrong.

aww thank u! u can and will pass also! i know how u feel about panic mode. I wish i could give u tips as to what im doing but im taking pn not rn..do u hve PDA by la charity?? its directed for RN's but has LPN based questions to as far as scope of practice for prioritization and delegation. if u dont, its a must have..

I am also taking my nclex pn december 1. I am doing kaplan qbank (200 daily). I also watch 1 hurst video per day.

I am studying and not retaining nothing anymore. Got a 48% in my latest kaplan and my brain hurts. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better study day. :(

im with u on that! im soooo praying to pass because im sick of studying and this consuming my life. my subscription for my kaplan ran out 2 weeks ago so ive been bummed about that. i did get ncsbn 2 weeks ago though. i havent touched it yet. i thought it was way too much info but im gonna give it a go.. i feel like i can never learn or retain enough no matter how much i study. OVERLOAD...give yourself a break for a bit. r u crapping about pharm cause i am.. alot of people on here say they have alot of meds they never heard of and its like side effects and patient teaching..REALLLLYYY??? c'mon! that doesnt even seem fair to me. so i pray my exam wont be alot of meds cause i might as well kick myself in the junk and walk out of there...

I feel you guys.Ill be taking NCLEX-PN on dec 6 and I'm really anxious.My scores are fluctuating from 60's-70's.I'm using Saunders,NCSBN and La Charity.Hope and pray that we all pass.Good luck and may God bless us all:)

Meds are also my weakest part. I am praying and hoping that even though i dont know the meds hopefully the question will lead us to choose the right answer. For example if a question says something like this:

A hypertensive patient is taking chonghdkhshuxizorizica (Clorpenzomani). Which side effects will the nurse watch for?

We will know that it is a hypertensive med even though we have no idea what the med is. I hope the questions are like that lol.
