I'm sooooo nervous I dont know what to do!
I've been studying and doing questions for 3weeks now...knowing the content is not the problem, my problem with the nclex is answering questions....I've done Kaplan, Saunders, & exam cram...I've also read over a 1000 rationales and I feel like a lot of the content I was having trouble with were in the rationales.
Now that I'm a few days away, what's next?? I'm experiencing an extremely high volume of anxiety and I cant help but to keep focusing on this test! I can be very encouraging to everyone else around me but now its me who needs encouraging...Helppp!!(lol), but very serious...
Good luck to all March test takers! :-))

I was very nervous before I took the NCLEX but what really helped me relax was doing something that relaxed me, and it was basic, like watching a movie with my boyfriend (thats only two hours out from studying) and getting a pedicure. Do something that you love to do and during that time, try not to think about the NCLEX.
What helped me during the NCLEX is breathing, which sounds silly, but I found that when I was at my house doing practice questions, I would hold me breath for the harder questions and that messed up my thinking. Also, just think that you have made it all the way through nursing school. You know this material. I kept on saying to myself "Sarah, you got this! You're going to be a RN after this test."
Keep thinking positive and good luck!
Thank you sooooo Sarah!!I appreciate the feed back, my nerves are all over my body forming knots! Lol but I know I will get through this :)I like the breathing advice cause I too hold my breath for the harder questions on the kaplan practice test and I gotta tell myself to breathhhh!!Thanks-a-bunch :)
