HI - If you are still only getting between 50 to 55% of questions correct, I would encourage you to wait. Try something you haven't tried before. Make certain you are READY before re-testing! I find that too many students get in a hurry to take their boards again after failing once instead of taking the time necessary to find out what caused the failure in the first place. I have worked with hundreds of students who have failed their boards multiple times and have been able to help them pass on their first attempt after teaching them a simple set of test taking strategies.
Yes I did the la charity book as well. I forgot to mention that. I got 60% on my questions today, but I went ahead and scheduled it for next week. Although it seems the longer I wait, the lower my scores get. I'm trying to refresh and keep going. I didn't pass the first time bc I simply didn't study. But I got to question 211, i walked into it knowing i failed so i think that mindset just tripped me up. I've actually studied this last month doing questions and reviewing rationales in depth and i feel better about the test this time. Just think a little more time would be to my benefit. Thank you for your help!!

This is my second time taking NCLEX. I do not feel ready at all. I've been using mostly uworld but still doing the Kaplan question trainers. My scores range form 50-55% on Kaplan QT's, on Uworld I'm in the 33rd percentile. My scores go from 40-60's, theres no real in between. I was not an A student in NUrsing school. Ive already put it off a week. And Im just not sure what to do at this point. Should I extend it another week? I've been doing 150 questions a day and going through and writing down the rationales, but just cant seem to get in the 60-70% that most ppl on here get. HELP!!
