NCLEX I PASSED!

Published

Hi guys,

I just recently passed my nclex with 265 questions and boy, that was the longest test of my life but it was all worthy. Not knwoing if youre above or below the passing line. :( until you actually see the result yourself.. i just want to share something for those who will be taking the nclex soon. When i took my last tuesday, my heart wanted to pop out of my chest, but i went in the testing room and prayed. Bfore i left the house, i prayed, while going there i prayed, and before i clicked the next button, it was all prayers in my head. I am writing this because without HIM without our faith, we can never do it alone. As i wait for the results, i couldnt sleep and eat. I even did the pvt, but idk if i should rely on it. The result is all i think off nd the moment i click next to see the quick results i prayed again and all i saw was PASS. The bottom line of my entry here is every one of us will do our best when we take the exam, and trust me if you give the 101% of what youve studied, GOD WILL DO THE REST. Another thing i want to share is a prayer I always say from day one of studying till the day of exam .

St. Joseph of Cupertino, I could have not done it without you. Here is the prayer;

+Prayers to St. Joseph of Cupertino for Success in Examinations+

This powerful prayer is very effective in examinations. It has to be said before appearing in the examination. There are two variants to this prayer. Both the prayers are equally effective. You can choose any one of these:

First Prayer

O Great St. Joseph of Cupertino who while on earth did obtain from God the grace to be asked at your examination only the questions you knew, obtain for me a like favour in the examinations for which I am now preparing. In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked.

Through Christ our Lord.

St. Joseph of Cupertino, Pray for us.

Amen.

Second Prayer

O St. Joseph of Cupertino who by your prayer obtained from God to be asked at your examination, the only preposition you knew. Grant that I may like you succeed in the (here mention the name of Examination eg. History paper I ) examination. In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked.

O St. Joseph of Cupertino pray for me

O Holy Ghost enlighten me

Our Lady of Good Studies pray for me

Sacred Head of Jesus, Seat of divine wisdom, enlighten me.

Remember, when you succeed in the exams then you should thank St. Joseph of Cupertino in the Newspaper.

Another thing, believe in yourself. And always think positive. I kmow its hard especially when you dont know and is anxiously waiting for the results. But keep telling yourself you have done your best, leave it to HIM AND HE WILL THE REST.

Thanks guys for reading this. hope it helps take outt he anxiety. Always believe.

Congratulations! I know you are super stoked about passing and you should be. I'm glad you found what worked for you.

Congratulations.....but I sure hope it wasn't prayer to a saint that allowed you to pass....your future patients are hoping your nursing education is what did it! After all, it isn't the Patron Saint of Exams that is going to be caring for them.....that would be you.

Hello

What resources did you used to study and how long did it take before you took the exam? thank you

hello,

i did kaplan, got the ncsbn the 5 weeks subcriptions.. honestly, some questions were kindda similar to kaplan and i would suggest study kaplan more .. and also if i dont understand the rationale in eacj question i go back to the kaplan review book and if i still dont understand i go back to txbook. also did exam cram 2014. those helped as well. but again i personally felt that kaplan prepared me for the exam well.. hope this helps... good luck and always be positive ... i did it anyone else can..:) beat of luck again.

yes. i wanted to share my experience during the nclex exam to thoae who hasnt taken it yet and thats why i posted this prayer. ;)))

I think what he/she was trying to say that together with the NURSING KNOWLEDGE, PRAYER brought success. A lot of us have the knowledge and freak out when we get in front of the exam and end up failing. Not many of us are spiritual and believe in prayer but to those of us who are, that form of encouragement is the BEST. It reminds us that no matter how tough times may get, just as long as we do our part, God will do the rest.

Congratulations on your achievement. I wish you the utmost best in your job search. If it takes you months to get one, just remember to be patient and faithful, as God didnt bring you this far just for fun. Keep that faith...be the best NURSE out there....you're an example to me, who's scheduled to take the NCLEX in Dec 2015/Jan 2016, God willingly.
