NCLEX-got only 75 q's

So I took the NCLEX yesterday and I got only 75 questions. The majority of the q's were difficult (priority, delegation), however my last q was VERY easy. I know that I got a minumum of 2 idiffcult q's wrong. Is this an indication of failure? Thanks for any feedback.

I ended at 75 questions yesterday too... I did not really have a lot of delegation, but a lot of priority like who do you see first, what requires immediate follow up, 4 check all that apply (2 of which with the same medication i had NEVER seen in my life). My last two questions were also easy, so I'm worried. Your test sounds slightly similar to mine in terms of question type so hopefully we did fine! Let me know how it goes!

Hi -- I took mine on Sun., and it also shut off at 75. I didn't feel certain about a lot of the questions that I answered, but I did pass . . . and you guys probably will too!

Same here...I passed at 75, the majority of people do. Just try not to think about it! Nothing you can do til you view your results. Think positive!!

Hi

Just took my nclex boards on 6/29. Computer stopped at 75 questions. really bummed out felt it was difficult. I wish that it would have continued longer. The wait is frustrating. You would think that because it is computerized that we would get results faster. Someone told me to check on you state board of nursing and look for your name. Does this happen faster than pearson results????

Hope everyone did great

Yes the computer grades your test but I also read in the pamphlet they gave me that a person actually goes over the test too I'm sure to check to see there was no technical errors with the computer. I wouldn't want just the computer to do it they can mess up more than humans!

Specializes in everywhere.

I took my NCLEX-RN on 6/28 and found out this morning, 6/30, that I passed from Pearson. My test also cut off at 75 questions. I also had several delegation, priority, and medication questions on meds I had never seen before! The Texas BNE does not have me listed on their RN website yet, but I'm hoping that on Monday it will be there.

Good luck rn2b still waiting for my pass/fail grade anxious and apprehensive

48 hours after testing the results are available thru Pearson-Vue for a fee of $7.95 US.

Best of luck to you.:balloons:
