I would like to ask regarding on how to send an application to the board of nursing in the state I choose.
Do I have to download the application format? or is it given to me once I apply for the nclex exam? By the way, I am just a fresh grad and passer and I've no idea how to take the nclex, i went to pearsonvue.com, but it only states there That i have to send an application to the BON first before registering, would you please be kind to explain how i'm going to sent my application form and is there a format to follow? Thank you so much! Godspeed!

You don't apply to take the NCLEX you apply for a nursing license in that state. The website will tell you how to proceed with an application. After they assess your education they will decide if you are eligible to write the NCLEX.

Each state has their own requirements and you will have to meet requirements for license application by examination before eligibility will be given for you to sit NCLEX
Links to the various state nursing boards can be found at the bottom of the page. Be aware California will not accept application without a SSN and you can not get SSN until in the US with a valid work/immigrant visa
Uhhm, yeah that's what the site also mentioned. But may I ask how am I exactly going to apply in a particular state.[i'm actually aiming for Arizona]
Uh, do I send an email/mail or do I have to call the contact number of Arizona's BON to apply?
Thank you so much!
I'm trying to download application form for Arizona but its page says page cannot be found...what do you suggest that I do?
Your help is greatly appreciated!
