I took my NCLEX exam yesterday at 0800 and it shut off at 75 questions. My last five questions were SATA, but I have no idea how I did. I felt okay after the exam, but the longer I wait, the more crazy I drive myself waiting for the results. So I went from feeling like a passer to a failure in just 24 hours. Anyone else like this? I decided not to do the PVT...thought about it many times, but I would rather just wait for the accurate results.

I start 2/9 also! Crazy:) I'm so enjoying a week off of doing nothing! Well, I may start my hobbies back up!

Congrats to everyone...I took mine Friday 75 questions did the pvt received the good pop up, but really want to see offical results. The wait is more nerve racking then the test

The wait is ABSOLUTELY the most nerve wrecking and paralyzing experience. Glad its over! Good luck, onemo. Looks like the trick works, it did for me (did it at hour 25).

Hi everyone, I just joined the site today. I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience with the PVT trick. I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday morning, 2/14/15.the computer shut off at the 200th question. I did the trick at 12 midnight cause the site was down for maintenance. I did place my CC info in and my card was charged. I just found out TODAY, Twp other people who recently took the exam did the trick as well ands their cards were charged as well. Needless to say, they were devastated, as expected. A few days later, they checked the BON site and they actually passed. I can only pray my results turn out as their's did. The suspense is killing me!!!! Has this happened to anyone else???? Please let me know. Thanks✋

I think that's because you did it earlier than 24 hours after you test end.

Yes. You are describing the EXACT reason why we keep telling people repeatedly to NOT do the PVT prior to 24 hours after completion of their exam. The exam is scored twice; the only one that matters is the final one. However, if you submit payment for another exam based on only the first score (as you and your friends obviously did) you risk paying for a failed exam....only to find out that your SECOND score was a pass. And while your friends are glad they passed, no doubt, they're probably not thrilled they donated $200 to Pearson Vue without any possibility of a refund :(

THIS is why people really need to stop doing this silly trick immediately after, or several hours after, they test. And I wish more people would read stories like yours BEFORE they do something they'll regret....like you and your friends :(
