nclex test taker 3 time, help needed

Hi Everyone I took the nclex on Feb 2016 and failed with 140questions.

Review materials: Kaplan course 5 days

Hurst review

Completed U world bank and re did the questions I got wrong. Myaverage at the end was 69%

Study schedule: Mon-Friday

9am to 1pm- 10 min break every 2 hours

1-2 lunch

2-6-questions

I completed a total of 3000 question I studied for 2 months.

Second time around: July 20Faialed with 98 questions, run out oftime. I only used Mark audios

Kaplan strategies book questions

Nclex mastery predictor exam: 60%

Please please I need helpbecause I just decided to take it again, anyone can recoomend me anything thathelps me with strategies, I had two areas only that were near pasing all theothers were above. Any comments and suggestions will be appreciated, since Ilive in florida should I register here or in other state???
