Hurst Review

can anyone tell me if they took the Hurst Remedial course? What it includes? thanks?

hurst hurst hurst. I cannot believe how well I have been able to assimilate ALL the info I learned in nursing school BECAUSE OF HER TEACHING.

I just started my hurst plan today, does anyone have any ideas on where I should start. Or do you have a mapped out plan for either 5 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks?

I took the live one and also had access to the lectures online. I didn't have the material down backward and forward but did okay on the tests. I didn't pass on the NCLEX but according to my results I came close. I am now doing the remedial course. Basically I have access to the lectures and have 968 questions that go through the material. I am going over and over the lectures and material until I know one section backward and forward before I go onto the next section. It really is a good course and explains things in such a basic way , I wish that I had had this in nursing school.

Just wondering how much does it cost for online Hurst review course? I am taking Kaplan (online).

I just took NCLEX and passed. Yay! I would say it was mostly d/t large amount of practice questions I got through Hurst online review and Saunders book. I do not know anything about Kaplan. Hurst has 6 review exams each has 125 questions, Saunders CD gives about 1000 questions...(perhaps more but I got only this much) Hurst gives a good basic recap on patho on each system. I am glad I took Hurst review because just going through med surg book would have overwhelmed me.

Have you ever heard of anyone failing NCLEX that used Hurst Review? I have heard they are the best. Does anyone know whether the Online Hurst Review is as good as the LIVE Hurst Reveiw? Thanks.

whatever you choose.. Live/online or DVD they are all the same in content. In live you can interact with the instructor and have your questions clarified right away and then in online you must email them and it will be answered as soon as possible

Also the live review is more expensive than online. Good luck
