How long to get ATT?

so i have to pay my 200 dollars nclex fee before i get my att. i paid my bon fee. i thought once i got my att than i have to pay 200 nclex fee

I didn't have to pay Pearson Vue the $200 testing fee until after I received my ATT.

My school sent grades in 12/18. I paid both fees (bon and nclex) on 12/21. I got my ATT today. I haven't scheduled my test date yet. I am very nervous. I couldn't possibly take it as soon as 2-3 days after getting ATT. I'd be too fretful.
