I Just want to ask, how does the NCLEX ATT for PN looks like?

I paid for mine online, registered online, etc and I received mine in email last week. It said something about ATT (Authorization to Test) and I believe it was from Pearson Vue. I then logged on to Pearson Vue with my ID and password and once in, it allowed me to see that I was eligible to set a date to test....I did that online too. I am scheduled to take the NCLEX-PN next Thursday and I am a nervous wreck.
