Nclex anxiety

Can anyone share how to conquer NCLEX anxiety? My test is Thursday and I'm having trouble sleeping and relaxing through out the day.

Do the things you love to do. Spend time with your family or people who make you laugh. Try to stay busy so it keeps your mind off of the exam. I took my exam yesterday but I know exactly how you are feeling. I didnt eat much and couldnt sleep the week before my exam. I think the key is if you are really anxious, try not to study right before you go to bed because it will be all you think about when you go try to sleep!

Eat some good food and get good rest at night, take couple of breaks between studies go to FBK or read and contribute to threads here, above all pray..... I am taking mine on monday......

NB : found the link to 3500 /4000 question that you asked for , it is posted on my thread for you!

JUST RELAX!!!!!!!!

I want to study but I want to relax bc I didn't get enough sleep last night. Lol I have the strong urge to study, but even that doesn't calm me down.

I con understand that cos they advised me to take aday off which is suppose to be 2day.... but I just can't. I am still doing questions and labs.... but I will try to go to bed early today.
