So I take the NCLEX next week and I'm starting to get a little anxious. This is what I have done so far to study:
1) Hurst Review: I've gone through the book twice! And I have taken 4/6 of the Q review tests so far. It says that a median score of 84/125 on each test is what people usually get that pass the first time. I have gotten an 80,90,84,and 80.
2) NCLEX mastery app: I don't rely on this too much, but I use it at least one day to practice questions...which most of them are pretty hard, especially on stuff I've never even heard of before.
3)ATI: I used this just to practice pharmacology questions because the other 2 didn't seem to touch as much on drugs as a I wanted.
In my last semester of school I took the HESI and I made an 880 ( they say you should make over an 850). A lot of people I've talked to said they barely even studied or cracked open a book and passed! I could never do that! Is there such a thing a studying too much for the NCLEX? Also almost everyone I talked to said they thought they failed when walking out the test because the questions they had were very hard. Need advice! Thanks in advance :)

If you got good grades on tests in school, you will probably pass. The NCLEX is similar to the tests you are already used to taking, if not easier. I didn't study for the NCLEX but I've always been a good test taker.
