Currently I am a Liberal Arts Science Major at NCC. I was striving towards NCC's nursing program but really want to try Farmingdale [i heard there program is really good, I also live 5 minutes from there, work at Goodsam and my mother has cancer so its become difficult to travel to NCC.] But I heard the A&p1, Microbio, amongst other credits won't transfer from NCC? If they don't transfer should I just get my 22 credits at NCC and transfer to Fdale to take those classes? If I'm not accepted to Farmingdale's AS nursing program in spring 2011 what major should I do?
No matter how many times I've asked someone at Farmingdale for advice no one gives me straight answers same with NCC though they did help me with there program.
Any advice anyone can give me I'll be grateful for!! Thank you:)

Don't go based of what you hear. Get a copy of your transcript and admissions rep at farmingdale. The prereq is A&P, english, and Intro psych. Your should be good as long as your grade are least 3.0 and your sciences are less then 5 years old.
You can transfer in to take courses but not into the nursing program. The only accept for the fall semester. I say stay at NCC because of your student standing to register first for courses. When application season for Nursing at Farmingdale opens then submitt your application. That way your still in line for NCC nursing program too.
