NC A&T ABSN 2021

Hi everyone! I am planning on applying to NCA&T ABSN program for 2021 and need some help. I haven’t taken the global health nursing course at A&t but I am hoping one of my other classes from my bachelors will count. Does anyone know what classes they have taken? Any information would help! I’d love to speak to someone in the program or graduated from the program to see what to expect and if you have any tips!

That’s good to know. Who have y’all been reaching out to for questions I have emailed ------------------------- a lot for questions. I spoke to admissions this morning about when we would be accepted to the school and he said 2-3 weeks once your application is submitted. My thing is mine has been submitted and competed since august. So I hope the interview thing is true and we all get scheduled. I hate waiting around like this especially since it’s already oct 12th! Also one of my Prerequisites wasn’t listed from my previous school and ---------------------- said she has already reviewed my profile will will make any changes when I get admitted? So we have to be admitted to the school first then, the nursing program will be in contact I assume!

I would send an email about your prerequisite so that it can be added and show up under transfer equivalency. I had to do the same.

Yes, I have been contacting ---------------------. And I know it is kind of concerning since it's already so late in the game and according to other threads they found out about admission on Nov 6. I haven't been admitted to the school either and I sent my application the day it opened.

I called today to get more information. If they have your file with the admissions committee, an email was sent not too long ago with a slight update.

I got the same email. I am praying for the best for all of us! It's good to know our file is with the committee! I am just very nervous.

Me too, I made mine for next Tuesday! Also (just making sure) when I selected my time and made a comment on the doodle poll it didn't take my time slot down. Did yours go away? (I've never used doodle poll) I guess we will only know that we are locked in for sure when she send us a zoom link?

It should’ve turned green and the send button pops up. I think someone was selecting the same time as me so it wasn’t going through at first, and had to choose a diff time.  I went back to hit ‘Add to calendar’ to make sure it went through.

Yeah well I put in my name and pressed send, so I hope everything went through OK. I don't want to do it again because it says to only sign up once LOL.
