I just found out I am an alternate. I have no idea where I am on the list. But I plan to show up with a check in hand, and whatever requirements they request. So crazy!

I am an alternate as well... I wish you luck and hopefully we both are able to secure a spot. Do you know if they will tell us at the beginning or end of orientation if we made it in?

Hi Babeinboots,

I am assuming they take attendance after a quick welcome and introduction. In good faith, they probably give an adequate amount of wait time for the accepted students to arrrive. There are a lot of requirements at this orientation heard, so it will probably take time to confirm each student has fulfilled them. I hope we have enough time to complete those requirements, if they are also necessary for us bring by that date.

Hey guys,

Don't forget too there may be people who fail the drug test or background check. Believe it or not, it happens. My friend got called at the very last minute off the alternative list. Still hoping for you both!

Do you have the option to apply for the April 2015 cohort yet? The apply button has not popped up on my SOAR portal yet...

Have either of you guys received the orientation packet yet? How are we going to have time to complete everything? And what if we complete everything but don't get in? This is so stressful
