National University Cohort 65

Hey Y’all!
I had to push back my application date to this cohort! I have yet to take my TEAS test, but my GPA is a 3.3 currently. Glad to “meet you all”

My interview is tomorrow too!! I’m so nervous and I’m pretty sure I need to have a perfect Interview just to get in since my TEAS is only 80.7 and my science GPA is 3.5

Could someone tell me how national calculate GPA and the points?

I know it's based on science and biomedical statistics classes. I would really appreciate it if someone close explain it.

I'm wondering the same AA94. Thanks for any info on this anyone.

I know it's BIOSTAT plus A&P and Micro only.

Felt good about the interview but self-doubt kicking in.

40%: GPA( anatomy, physiology, Microbiology, biostat)

eg: if your GPA for this 4 classes is 3.75

calculation 40%= 37.5 points

40% TEAS

eg: if your TEAS is 88.

calculation for 40%= 88 x 0.4= 35.2 points

20% interview (Average of two 20 points of 2 interviewers)

eg

interviewer A: 18.5points

interviewer B: 15 points

calculation of average: (18.5+15) / 2 = 16.75 points 

your total GPA, TEAS and interview points= 89.45 points 
 

GPA, TEAS and interview should add up to 100 points if u have perfect score for three of them.

Oh it’s my first time applying and my interview is tomorrow. I have been following threads in other cohorts just so I understand how things go hahah. Awww... You r going to be alright since u r over with your interview already. Guess who can’t sleep tonight LOL me!!

You’ll do great, I’m sure! I had to take something to help sleep. ?

now that it’s over , I feel like I’m waiting to hear if I have cancer!
