National University Cohort 81 - deadline November 8, 2024

Hello everyone!

I am making this thread for anyone who is applying for NU's cohort 81. The application deadline for this cohort is on November 8, 2024. This is my second time applying for the program after getting denied from the last cohort due to my TEAS score. My stats are 3.73 GPA and 94 on the TEAS which I retook the other day. I also have 3 years of healthcare experience working mainly in behavioral health.

Hi everyone! I also applied for this cohort and have an interview on 12/17. I'm very excited but so freaking nervous about the interview! I'm glad I found this thread.

I'm done with my resume. Not yet submitted. My zoom is schedule on 12/17 @ 5:20 pm, do you know how many applied from Sharp?

Hi everyone! I am currently finishing my Prereqs. Looking for a Microbiology class that is only 1-2 days a week onsite (I work full time). Any recommendations? Also, does anyone know if National's micro is full time onsite or hybrid (onsite lab only)?

I didn't take Microbiology with NU, but I recommend checking the course catalog online to see the available schedules by any professor teaching them. When I took A&P 1, I went in person in the evening with lectures taking place the first two hrs followed by a 15 min break then lab in-person. I also attended some Saturdays where we had both lecture and lab. Be expected to attend some Saturdays during the 8-week term.

Thank you! I need to get my last class done and the community college I'm trying to take it at had 17+ on the waitlist for every class

That's so annoying! Yes definitely check the online schedule so you can plan out ahead of time. Best of luck to you!
