I am currently in the IPN program for florida. I had a ga and sc license also, but I voluntarily surrendered those because I could not afford the fees they were charging me. florida gives us 2 yrs to pay the fees, but ga and sc want their money up front. since I voluntarily surrendered those 2 licenses, I was entered into the NPDB. I heard that if you are in this databank, you will be prohibited from working for employers that use medicare. I will not be working on those licenses of course, but will effect me working on my FL license? anyone have any knowledge of this?
