hAS ANYONE APPLIED TO NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND GOT ACCEPTED? I'M APPLYING FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT MY CHANCES ARE. HELP!

I am also applying to the NCC Nursing Program in October for the Spring 2009 Semester. If I did the calculations right with my grades from the pre-reqs (A&P 1, PSY, MAT, ENG + several electives since I already have an Associates Degree) my GPA should be a 3.74. I hope that is competitive enough.

The spring semester is harder to get into than the fall. From what I hear they do decided based on if you live in Nassau county. I know someone with a 3.85 that didn't get in because she lived in queens. Good lucky guys!! Getting in is just the first step..heh

I just received my letter from NCC about my acceptance pending an interview. However, I noticed from other threads that its not an interview...Its registration and advisement...which it also states that in the letter...Im so confused..But still Im happy as hell!!!!! :yeah:

Congratulations to all you who have received letters so far!! I have to admit reading these posts have made me just a little bit nervous and sad because I haven't gotten anything yet but maybe today... again congratulations and good luck to everyone else!
