Nassau Community College Spring 2025

Hey guys I am making this thread so we can all go through the application process together for this semester. Have you guys applied yet? I applied already the time period is Sep 3 to October 8. I applied with 8 classes, currently taking medical micro and pathophysiology I took my TEAS I got an 84 overall how about you guys.

Wow amazing good luck and by the looks of the other threads here it looks like some years they send it by the end and most recently they have sent it by the 15 of November so who knows what will happen this year

Wow, your scores are incredible. I'm not really sure when in November but I'm guessing it also depends on the amount of applications they received.

Yes what do you want to know? I have 2 friends on the evening program and it doesnt matter if you don't have 150 points its whoever has more points and not everyone that applies has all 10 classes most of the ones that apply have 8 classes done but the TEAS is a really good help too 

Hi. Just wanted to know when classes would take place. What if you apply for the evening but there are no spots available, would they give you the option to switch to the day program availability permitting ofcourse. Would clinicals take place in the evening as well, I'm assuming so. Thank you. Any insight would help.

Yes. Those are great stats. My girls got in with similar stats as yours. She got an 80 on TEAS, 4.0 GPA from 9 course she took. So you have great possibilities!  Good luck.

So if you can only apply to either day or night and if you don't get in you have to wait until next semester to apply again. If you get in now on Spring you will take the Empire classes online which are two then in fall you start NUR 101 which is 3 days a week  and clinicals take place in the evening as well. The schedule is suppose to be from 5:30pm to 12:30AM for clinicals but my girls say they let them go early like around 9:30 because the unit they are in right now you basically don't do anything since its night time so thats a plus usually day program you do the whole 8 hours of clinicals.

Hey, did anyone submit the complete packet? I had my official transcripts and TEAS sent to NCC. I'm not sure if we need to do this separately as well. Please advise if any of you did this?

I think you should've submitted all of them at the time, I attempted to submit my transcript and the application form by themselves and send the TEAS scores later, and the nursing dpt emailed me saying I needed to put all 3 together. I don't know if that answers your question...
