I called once before like 2

Weeks ago and they sounded

Pretty upset to even talk ..

I don't want To piss them off :(

I called too and they were not happy. I guess they are getting overwhelmed with all of the calls. The wait is killing me!

I called today and they said decisions haven't been final yet and that Monday they are sending out the letters. They wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. Is that a bad sign?

No, she didn't look up my N number or anything.

I'm still trying ti figure out this point system.

I have a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University in Psychology so a couple of classes transferred over.

TEAS

Math 66.7

English 73.3

Reading 90.5

(25 points)

Prereqs.

A&P 1- C (taking it over this summer)

A&P 2-A

Medical Micro - B+

Biomed ethics- (taking this summer)

Stats- A

Intro Psych- (transfer)

Lifespan development- A

Eng. Comp 101- (transfer)

Spanish- (transfer)

History- A

(not sure about these points)?

I have 26 credits at NCC and my gpa is a 3.58 currently.

Not enrolled in nursing (5 points)

Nassau Resident (10 points)

I'm also not sure if I'm missing anything else.

When I called to ask for help figuring this out today she had no idea lol.

Well from just what you provided it looks like you have about 106 points? ( I didn't count the "transfer" classes ) .. did you go through admissions or nursing Department? Also did you apply for day or evening? Cause someone got in with 108 in the evening a semester or 2 before ...

All the transfers I had A's I believe.

I applied for the evening. I know it's way more difficult to get it, but it's what works with my work schedule. I went through the nursing department. I made the mistake of going through admissions last year.

Thanks! I hope so. I wish I could know a definite number of points for my grades. I also got an A in History of Rock. I wonder if that is included in the point system. According to my what if analysis I just need the nursing classes and bio medical ethics so we'll see. Did you apply for the day or evening? I looked back on the 2017 forum and most people found out on April 25th!!

That's good then they applied your courses .. you definitely probably have more than 120 then .. I applied for day .. but most ppl I've read on here are for evening .. I wonder what it's like for day

:( ... I am only at 115 I calculated and I thought I was at 134 but they didn't count 2 of my classes so there goes that ... im praying that I get in after i do , life would finally feel like it's

So letters are being mail 4/23? Still super nervous cause registration from the fall 18 opened up yesterday. :(
