Nassau Community College Fall 2016

Hello, I am wondering if there is anyone here that is applying to Nassau for Fall 2016. I have applied and I'm scheduled to take my TEAS exam on 3/18. I do not have all of my pre-requisites which I understand gives me a better chance of being admitted. I plan to take classes this summer and will take the rest in the Fall if I'm not admitted. I would just like to know thoughts on getting into this program. Also, if there is anyone currently in the program please share your thoughts on how things are going for you. Thanks!

Hi guys! I got accepted for the day program...my gpa is 3.78 with 9/10 classes done , teas was 86.7,66.7,and 80 (they look at those 3 grades individually) ..I'm so nervous/excited! Good luck to all!!

Hello everyone! I have been accepted into the program :). For those who didn't make it into the program this time, if being a nurse is your dream don't give up! This was my fourth time applying to this program and if i didn't get in this time i would of kept applying until i did. Take this time to regroup, take more classes and redo classes if you need too, but don't give up.

My status didn't change because i'm non matriculated. And I already have a degree from nassau. Most likely your in if your status changed.

My status did not change and I'm a nassau student , I think it will change once we get the slip from orientation to give to registrar

They made a mistake on the letter it said Tuesday April 16th but I'm hoping they meant Tuesday April 17th because I have a final on the 16th

Congratulations to all that got accepted. I unfortunately will not be joining you :( (just got my letter finally). But I wish you all the best in your future career and hopefully next semester I will be joining you.....
