Name Change??

I just got married last week... and I'm planning to take the NCLEX-RN for the second time here in a couple weeks.. ( or when I feel confident enough ) I will be changing my name on monday and I was wondering if anyone has changed their name and what they did when they went to take the NCLEX? Someone said you just have to present the marriage license when you go in, but I'm not positive.

Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!!
