Congrats Zach! I remember when i was in the CNA program which was a required prerequisite for the RN program. Every thing was new, so many things to learn and information to absorbed. Was able to work as a CNA for the first semester in the RN program but had to quit due to the demand of the program.

I like ''This is where my future starts'' This is certainly true!

There were only 2 male students in my class too, but the teacher was a guy too, but other than that, there's a lot of women in my class. You can do it.

Best of luck. Don't let the gender inequality in nursing stop you from finishing your CNA or going for your RN.

Hey Zach (or Zachary -- not sure which you like better). Congrats on starting. I remember when I was first starting, I didn't know anybody either. There were 3 other guys in my class, but all of us really worked well together and supported each other --- guys and girls alike. What area of the country do you live in? You may be able to make some good connections here!
