Hmmm....

They say that if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. So I won't say anything about my current NM! :D

BUT I can say the both of the CNMs in my last unit (critical care) were AWESOME! They had (and still have) my complete respect. A typical sentence from them was, "You need to catch up on your charting. I'll take care of the Code Brown in bed 3 for you." And if the you-know-what hit the fan, the CNM was there in an instant. It was a great place to work due to the management.

But I still love Cath Lab...as they say, nothing's perfect. :rolleyes:
